続いては、毎朝起きるのが辛い人って多いですよね？

特に今みたいなジメジメした季節は

逆にスキッと起きたいもの。

てな方法があるんだそう。
ま、詳しくは記事を読んでもらうとして、

朝スッキリ目覚める方法は、ざっくり言うと、

まずは（日）光を浴びて身体機能を目覚めさせ、

香りなども併用して徐々に覚醒していくのがベスト。
で、どうしても体が目覚めないときには

熱いシャワーを浴びて強制的に体を起こすってことらしいっす。

確かにねー、睡眠と目覚め、そして朝の過ごし方は

その日一日はもちろんのこと、
毎日の積み重ね次第では、ライフサイクルにも

影響がでるからねー。

僕は熟睡ってわけにはいかないけど、

それでも目覚めはメチャメチャいいからね。
マジで、起きるまではウダウダしてるけど、

目開けた途端、別人みたくチャッチャと起きて

朝飯作るんで。ｗ

あ、どーでもいいけど、

僕の知り合いの知り合いの起業家さんは

毎朝４時起きで仕事して、

夕方４時に仕事を終えることを

誇りとしてるらしい。

結構、成功してる人って何かしらのこだわりみたいなのを

持ってたりするから、それはそれでスゴイと思いますね。
朝はスッキリしましょー。
